As soon as you have finished the purchase of your Radarcan products, we'll send you a confirmation email which includes all the details of your purchase and the status of payment and the order. The tracking number will be provided via email or SMS from our courier service as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse. In Radarcan we have suppliers that provides us delivery services of the purchases made through our website.
Radarcan won't pass the issuing of the order of the product to their suppliers until it is checked that payment has been made correctly.
The cost of transportation and delivery time can be seen updated in real time during the checkout process when entering the shipping address.

Delivery shall be deemed made at the time the carrier or the postal service has delivered the product to the customer and the customer has signed the Delivery Note. It is the responsibility of the Customer to verify the products upon receipt and then expose all the caveats and claims it deems appropriate in the Delivery Note.
